Apply for the International Summer School “Inside Out: Pedagogies for Inner and Systemic Change”

NaZemi is hosting the international summer school Inside Out: Pedagogies for Inner and Systemic Change from August 16–20, 2026, focused on transformative education for deep personal and systemic shifts. The program is designed for educators who want to enhance their impact on students and gain pedagogical confidence in guiding participants through today’s complex crises.

Over four days, 40 participants will gather in a historic monastery setting, providing inspiration for learning and living in line with the values of a socially and ecologically just future. The program combines practical exercises, methodological reflection, and collaborative knowledge creation, drawing on more than 20 years of NaZemi’s experience in education.

The summer school invites participants to engage deeply with today’s polycrisis by exploring its root causes, emotional dimensions, and systemic dynamics. Through experiential and participatory learning, they will map interconnected crises, reflect on their own inner responses, and reimagine possibilities of different education. The program integrates critical inquiry with embodied practices, cultivating the capacity to navigate complexity and take meaningful, values-driven action.

Applications are now open, with an early bird deadline of May 1, 2026.
